Seeing double.

Sometimes you have to look at things from a different perspective.

For instance, it helps to examine the back of this 1992 Score card.

And perusing the back of this Donruss makes sense.

Because when you look at the front, things seem oddly...

...similar.



It's enough to make you batty.

Thanks once again to Mr. Greg A., Observer of Cards, for sending these and pointing out that one doesn't often see the same photograph used by two different card companies.

Those 2 photos are NOT the same. Check out the arms and legs of Bell again. I think there were 2 photographers on the grassy knoll that day!

Incidentally, the photo on the back of that 1994 UD Devereaux card is very similar to the photo on his 1995 Topps card, so it keeps with your theme pretty well:

An early example of the same photo in 2 different sets is in 1982. The Topps Rod Carew in action and the Rod Carew Fleer card from that year have the same photo.
