We received a batch of cards from our wonderful and somewhat mysterious cardfriend, GCA, and we wanted to post this 2006 Fleer Ultra right away a) because it's a card Lucy does not have of David Wright and b) we realized upon reading the text on the back that the word 'burgeoning' has no place on a baseball card. Prospect, glimpse, slugger, slammed: all ok. Burgeoning: not ok. Thank you for reading this message from the word police. Now back to our regularly scheduled nonsense.
